Tours

Whether you’ve lived in San Francisco for 30 years or it’s your first visit, you’ll be surprised, smiling, and having fun on our tours.  You can see our pre-scheduled tour dates and times on our Tour Calendar.  And remember, you can always give us a call to schedule your own tour time.

The Loop

Roughly 2.5 hours

We start with one of the most iconic views in the city.  We then branch off into San Francisco’s most lively and unique neighborhoods.  These may include Golden Gate Park, Haight-Ashbury, the Castro, Hayes Valley, Civic Center, and the Mission.  Cultural interests include sacred street art, funky architecture, fascinating cultural history, and tastes of local cuisine (food and drink not included in tour price).

Who this tour is for:
You must be able to ride a bike 10 miles (16 km) at a mellow pace and ascend a few gentle hills (we navigate around the big ones).  And don’t worry, we make frequent stops, so your legs get plenty of rest.

Prices:
$65 per person.  Students with ID $60.

The Big Loop

Roughly 5 hours

Starting at Alamo Square, we visit neighborhood highlights including Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Marina, South Beach, the Mission, and the Castro. Cultural interests may include the Golden Gate Bridge, Aquatic Park, Coit Tower, the Ferry Building, the baseball stadium, houseboats, sacred street art, Mission Dolores, and local bike culture. Midway through the tour, we stop to relax and refuel on fresh, local cuisine (not included in tour price).

Who this tour is for:

You can ride a bike 17-20 miles at a mellow pace, ascend some hills, and be comfortable on some steeper descents. Of course, we’ll be taking plenty of breaks along the way.

Prices:

$115 per person.  Students with ID $105.
